I took advantage of a work paid room at the Zermatt resort in Midway and invited mom and my sisters to a night away. Sadly Mardyne was unable to make it but Mrylynn, Karen & I took mom to a birthday dinner at the Blue Boar then enjoyed watching "American Idol" in our room. Real party animals! The picture didn't turn out very well because of the window in the background, but the dinner was so good and mom looks like she is appropriately adorned with a halo. Thursday after the conference I visited family graves at the Heber Cemetary and went for a bike ride. I can see why dad loved this valley so much. It is truly beautiful. Jon came and spent Thursday night.
